MNC-Q1 mainly used in sulfur aluminate series cement, aluminate series cement, and dry-mortar concrete. It speeds up the hydration of sulfur aluminate and the aluminate series cement, enhances concrete earlier strength. It is a non-toxic, nonflammable, and corrosion resistant concrete admixture which complies with JS477-2005.
(1) MNC-Q1 can make the concrete set in several minutes. It is mainly used in jet concrete, refractory concrete, and leaking stoppage constructions.
(2)The addition rate is 3-4% of cement quantity.
(3) When jet concrete prepared, 32.5 or above grade fresh Portland cement, ordinary Portland cement or Portland slag cement can be applied but cement should be in valid date without moisture.
