Air Entraining and Water Reducer
MNC-AJ
Description
MNC-AJ contains no chloride and scanty alkali. Concrete applied with it features low slump loss and improved workability. It reduces water bleeding and segregation, improves impermeability, freeze/frost resistance and durability. It generates evenly, stable and durable bubbles, which meets the technical requirement of seaport, wharf, hydraulic project, road etc. It conforms to the Japanese concrete standard It meets the requirements of ASTM C 260, AASHTO M 154, and CRD-C 13.
Application
It’s used to produce fluidity concrete, ready-mix concrete, common grade concrete (C30-C50), hydraulic concrete and others which have special requirement on freeze/frost resistance and durability.

1) Use machinery mixing for at least 3 minutes. The stagnation time that the mixed concrete came out of the outlet to the curing site cannot be too long. When the concrete is vibrated with poker vibrator, the vibration time should be less than 20 seconds.
2) Add in to the mixer together with aggregates and mix for longer time. When used with other additives, trial mixtures or prior experience is necessary to determine the proper dosage and minimum mixing time.
